The
Selling Process

The decision to sell is a big one and requires a number of basic but very important steps. Typically, your goal is to sell your home as quickly and for as much money as possible with minimal stress. Our strategic process and high impact marketing will help you do just that.

We also recognize that every client has their own individual goals, time frames, challenges, and questions so we will create a custom marketing and communication plan based on your requests.

The outline below will provide you with an idea of the typical selling process.

Home Analysis

Start with a free home and current analysis. We will also cover any questions you have, discuss your goals, and create a custom marketing strategy for your home.

Home Preparation

We walk your home and view it from a buyer’s perspective in order to decide how to best prepare your home for viewings.

Photography

Once we have established a timeline for listing, we will schedule one of our professional photographers to photograph your home. Depending on your custom plan we may do a walkthrough video, drone photography/video, and community pictures.

Marketing

Using our proven high impact marketing strategies, we will market your property to ensure it receives massive exposure to all prospective buyers.

Showtime

We schedule appointments based on the plan we created to fit your schedule. We then follow up with Agents and Buyers to entice offers for your home.

Offers

We review offers together as they come in and discuss your options in order to negotiate the best possible terms as directed by you.

Milestones

Sales typically close within about 30 days from – acceptance but the terms and timelines are different – for every sale. We will layout the timeframes and milestones prior to accepting an offer and will then keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Closing

This is the fun part. We will help coordinate the final steps to complete the sale which typically includes the buyer’s final walkthrough, signing closing papers, verifying the money for the sale has been wired to escrow, and confirming that the sale is officially recorded, and your money is sent to your account.
